Revland Goes Green
Revland, in conjunction with Brookside Veneers, is dedicated to conservation of the rain forests. Since the majority of Revlands exotic wood furniture pieces are created using 12 unique exotic woods of "color", such as Ebony, Sapele, Zebrawood, and Mahogany, he has recently teamed up with Brookside, a company dedicated to preserving the wood resources for future generations, while providing long term economic benefits for the countries where they operate.
Utilizing and harvesting fast growing Poplar trees from plantations in Italy, waterborne color impregnation, and a patented grain pattern stamping technique, these new composite veneers mimic the "real thing", without sacrificing the rich color and grain that South American and African woods possess.
Revland has also converted to waterbased glues and finishes, as well as the utilization of formaldehyde free substrate materials, creating eco furniture for our eco friendly future.
